David Neil Associates is a talent agency shaped by experience on both sides of the industry.
Founded by David Neil, the agency brings together nearly fifteen years of professional insight ~ including close to five years as a senior agent at a leading London agency and a decade working as a professional actor across theatre, film, television, and voiceover. That combined perspective informs a representation model that understands not only the business of the industry, but the realities of life as a working artist.

WHY WE DO IT.

For that reason, the agency openly sets its commission structure: 10% on theatre work, & 15% for on screen projects.
